New to Lacrosse ?
It's never too Late to start playing Lacrosse. Some of the world's best players did not start playing the game until High School, and beyond ! Our program plays a formal schedule in the Spring through the Nassau County Police Athletic League (NCPAL). Our teams play games against teams from other towns on Long Island.
Registration for our new spring season begins in November. We run an indoor skills clinic from december through March, and then we go outside. Practices are generally weekdays , once a week. Games are also once a week, generally on Sundays.
We also offer Fall/Winter training and for those looking for more competitive lacrosse without the expense of formal Travel teams, we offer Team Hills, which plays in Tournaments throughout the winter and spring.
Please check out the Parent Portal for intructional YouTube videos and more information on Lacrosse.
The Fall/Winter skills Clinic is a separate program that is open to Hills players Grades 3rd-7th on the Girls side and 3rd-8th on the boys side. It begins outdoors and then goes indoor at the Team 91 facility in Commack in December. This program focuses on stick skills and fundamentals . The TEAM HILLS TOURNAMENT TEAMS compete in 2-3 tournaments in early spring. The tournament teams will be selected from the skills clinics players. Please note, if you plan to play on tournament teams, you MUST also register for PAL if you are in 2nd-6th grade. If you are selected and elect to play in the tournaments there is a small fee to cover the tournament registrations.
Hills Youth Lacrosse has both Boys and Girls Programs.
